Who it suits: anyone who wants to lie back and have the rollers work right down to the glutes.

What it has going for it
3D rollers. The rollers move in and out as well as up and down, so you can set how firmly they press.
SL-track. The rollers follow your spine and keep going under the seat.
Zero-gravity recline. Lean back until your legs rise to about the level of your heart, then let the program run.
The listing gives no weight for the Real Relax Favor-22 3D, so ask before delivery day and line up a second pair of hands. Check the manual for how much assembly is left to you.
Zero gravity needs depth. Measure the full recline and the gap behind the backrest before it arrives. Our fit planner checks it in a minute.
Lean back into zero gravity and let the foot rollers work your soles.
The seller states, word for word, in the Real Relax Favor-22 3D listing:
This massage chair full body offers full-body airbag compression and 3 intensity levels, targeting shoulders, arms, hips, and feet.
The SL-Track in this massage chair glides smoothly from neck to hips, contouring to the body.
The Favor-22 massage chairs full body and recliner include foot rollers for acupoint kneading and an extendable footrest for all heights.

What the Real Relax Favor-22 3D listing names:
Hold the height range, the weight limit and the full-recline depth against your home before you order.
If we were buying the Real Relax Favor-22 3D, we'd check the full-recline depth first: zero gravity tips it a long way back, so measure the floor behind it and the gap to the wall.
Measure the full-recline depth and the gap to the wall. Our fit planner runs the check in a minute.
Confirm the user height range and the weight limit with the seller or in the manual, for everyone who will use the chair.
Measure doorways, stairs and turns, and check whether delivery stops at the curb or comes into the room.
Ask what the warranty covers (frame, motors, upholstery), for how long, and who handles repairs.
On Oct 29, 2026 the listing showed $1,399.99. That puts it around the middle of the 67 massage chairs we have a recent price for.

Our take
Our favourite thing about the Real Relax Favor-22 3D is 3D rollers with adjustable depth, closely followed by an SL-track that runs from neck to glutes. No buyer reviews yet, so the Real Relax Favor-22 3D has to win you over on paper. Our main reservation: a 3D mechanism where most rivals go 4D. We'd pick this Real Relax massage chair if you want to choose how firmly the rollers press; otherwise, put it next to the DAHAIY 2026 Zero Gravity 4D Chair first.
We rate it 5.5/10 (fair). The rating comes from its documented listing alone, as no customer-review record is captured yet.
Its listing states 3D rollers with adjustable depth, an SL-track that reaches your glutes, a zero-gravity recline and foot rollers for the soles. These are the seller's figures, not our measurements: how the massage feels can't be read from a listing.
Your room: measure the full-recline depth and the gap to the wall. Our fit planner runs the check in a minute. Your body: confirm the user height range and the weight limit with the seller or in the manual, for everyone who will use the chair. Delivery: measure doorways, stairs and turns, and check whether delivery stops at the curb or comes into the room. Warranty: ask what the warranty covers (frame, motors, upholstery), for how long, and who handles repairs.
