What it has going for it
Shiatsu kneading. Shiatsu-style kneading rather than plain vibration.
Heat. Built-in heat adds warmth while it works.
Home and car. A car adapter is listed, so it can come along on long drives.
In the desk chair, it switches off after 20 minutes, so a short break stays short. The heat helps on a stiff afternoon at the desk.
In the car, a car adapter is listed, so it runs from the car socket on long drives.
It runs from an outlet, or from the car adapter on the road, so plan where it will sit.
It switches itself off after 20 minutes, handy if you doze off halfway through.
A car adapter is listed, so it travels well.

Our take
What we'd buy the Zyllion ZMA-13 for is shiatsu kneading, with a heat function as a bonus. No buyer reviews yet, so this Zyllion neck massager has to win you over on paper. The one thing that bugs us: no word on the settings. We'd pick the Zyllion if you like a kneading massage more than vibration; otherwise, put it next to the COMFIER Cordless Neck & Back Massager first.
We rate it 5.7/10 (fair). The rating comes from its documented listing alone, as no customer-review record is captured yet.
Its listing states shiatsu kneading, built-in heat, a car adapter and a 20-minute auto-off. These are the seller's figures, not our measurements: how the massage feels can't be read from a listing.
Fit: check the size and shape against the body area you want to treat. Power: plan where it will sit: it needs an outlet nearby, or the car adapter on the road. Settings: start at the gentlest setting and build up until it feels right. Auto-off: it switches off after 20 minutes, and 3 years of warranty are stated.
