On paper, the RENPHO Active Thermacool 2 Massage Gun gets the important things right: 45 lb of stall force, a 10 mm amplitude and up to 3,200 strokes per minute. Add heat and cooling in one device and it makes a good match for deep-tissue sessions after training.

Full listing title: RENPHO Active Thermacool 2 Massage Gun with Intuitive Heat and Cold Control
Rated from the listing's documented specs, no customer-review data yet
Who it suits: deep-tissue sessions after training.
The two massage guns closest to it on our rating, each with a dated price.
The listing's figure for how hard you can lean in before the head stops. More stall force means it keeps hitting on big muscles like quads and glutes.
What it has going for it
45 lb stall force. It keeps striking when you press in hard, instead of stalling on big muscles.
10 mm amplitude. Each stroke travels 10 mm, the figure that decides how deep a percussion device reaches.
3,200 per minute. The stated top speed, for a fast, intense setting.
In the gym bag, it is cordless, so it works in the changing room as well as at home. 45 lb of stall force and a 10 mm amplitude suit legs straight after training.
On the sofa, a stated noise level of 40 dB won't drown out the TV. The heat head makes it a slower, warmer massage on the sofa. It switches off after 10 minutes if you forget it.
Cordless and rechargeable, so it is not tied to an outlet.
The listing states 40 dB, worth knowing if someone is watching TV next to you.
It switches itself off after 10 minutes, handy if you doze off halfway through.
The seller states, word for word, in the RENPHO Active Thermacool 2 Massage Gun listing:
Take charge of your wellness with the massage gun’s VA display—monitor speed levels, battery status, and more, all in one place.
This back massage gun with heat and cold supports every stage of activity with 4 heat levels up to 113°F (45°C) and 4 cold levels down to 46°F (8°C).
Powered by our proprietary brushless motor, this deep tissue massage gun unleashes a heavy-duty 45 lbs max stall force for intense depth.
Built with a high-capacity 2500mAh battery, this neck massage gun delivers 25% longer runtime than our previous model for extended body care.

Our take
We like the RENPHO Active Thermacool 2 Massage Gun for 45 lb of stall force and a 10 mm amplitude. No buyer reviews yet, so this RENPHO massage gun has to win you over on paper. The one thing that bugs us: no word on battery life or the speed settings. We'd pick it if you want deep pressure on big muscle groups after training; otherwise, put it next to the CAREKING 3-in-1 Detachable Massage Gun first.
We rate it 5.6/10 (fair). The rating comes from its documented listing alone, as no customer-review record is captured yet.
